First, the characteristics of the owner, project and products are described, followed by analyses of the market, customers, competitors and suppliers, then the staffing, marketing strategy are described and the project implementation schedule is presented. All costs and revenues are quantified in detail in the individual chapters and from these, a financial plan is summarized, including financial statements and projections for various scenarios and options for financing the project. Subsequently, the economic management of the project and its potential success is evaluated using evaluation indicators, risk analysis, PESTEL, Porter's analysis of 5 competitive forces and SWOT analysis. The hydroponic project is then compared with the conventional agriculture production within the cost-benefit analysis and evaluated from an environmental perspective in association with theoretical knowledge and information.
